General Action Items:

📋Permission Slips: Permission Slips need to be distributed, signed and given to your assigned
member of the Stake YM Presidency by 6/30

💵Individual Donation: there is a donation fee of $25/boy that needs to by paid via the tithing
donation slip

🍔Food: Food will be provided by the stake for camp, other than we are asking that boys bring
their own sack lunch for Thursday. Food will be pancakes/french toast, breakfast meats, fruit,
sandwiches, chips, pizza/breadsticks/salad, bbq chicken/dutch oven potatoes, etc.

⚠Food Allergies: If there are allergy concerns for boys in your ward, please have them bring
their own meals. We are happy to cook for them, warm up their food, etc.
