Ward Activity Participation Instructions

Each ward will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of optional camp activities. These activities have been scheduled in advance to provide fair and organized opportunities for all wards to participate.

Optional Scheduled Activities

Wards may choose to participate in all, some, or none of the following scheduled activities:

• Tomahawk Throw

• High Ropes Course

• Low Ropes Course

• Day Hikes

• Missionary Presentation

Each activity will have the opportunity to signup for specific times and a number of participants per hour or each activity.  The signup document will come at a later date. 

Participation Expectations

• Participation in scheduled activities is completely optional.

• Wards are not required to attend every activity.

• Activities were scheduled simply to provide opportunities for wards that wish to participate.

• Wards should plan attendance based on their group size (youth and adults can participate), interests, and overall camp schedule.
  
  

Ward-Planned Activities

In addition to the scheduled options, there will be built-in free time throughout the camp for each ward to:

• Plan and participate in their own activities

• Hold devotionals or discussions

• Spend time bonding as a ward

Wards are encouraged to use this time in ways that best meet the needs of their youth.
